Now, more than ever, the health and wellbeing of our NDSU guests is our highest priority at Brandt Hospitality Group. We follow CDC, WHO and national franchise guidance to ensure that our hotel teams have everything they need to keep everyone, including themselves, safe.
After a no-contact arrival experience, guests will take their sanitized keys to a room that has not been entered since our team had cleaned and disinfected it for their stay. From there, the guest chooses the level of contact throughout the stay. Whether it is a complete room cleaning, light touch-up or a replacement of amenities, we will not enter that room again unless requested.
Hand sanitizers are available throughout the property and our nightly cleaning process is enhanced by the use of electrostatic sprayers and a hospital grade disinfectant from the EPA’s list of approved products for the fight against coronavirus.
We will continue to convey our promise of hospitality while delivering the safety and flexibility our guests need.
